Shipping and delivery
ZAVVYA accepts orders only in markets that have an active checkout and validated shipping route. Available destinations, delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout.
Processing
Orders are normally reviewed and prepared for supplier fulfilment within 2–5 business days. Delivery begins after dispatch. Any estimate is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier events can take time to appear after dispatch.
Addresses and delays
Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Carrier, customs, weather and peak-period delays can occur.
