Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery by emailing resilientexecutive@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all included parts. Do not send an item until ZAVVYA confirms the return instructions and destination.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the evidence and provide the applicable remedy where approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or claim is approved. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider.
